Procaffeinate Subscription Policy

1. Overview

Welcome to Procaffeinate, a luxury coffee subscription experience brought to you by The Black Circle Group Ltd (Company No: 13832755, registered in England & Wales). This policy outlines the terms and conditions that govern your subscription with us. By subscribing, you agree to be bound by the terms below.

2. Subscription Options

Procaffeinate offers flexible subscription plans designed to suit your taste and lifestyle:

  • Frequency Options: Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly
  • Product Choices: Whole Beans, Ground, or Decaf
  • Bag Sizes: 250g, 500g, or 1kg

All subscriptions are tailored and billed in GBP.

3. Payment Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis per your selected frequency.
  • Payments are securely processed via Stripe or PayPal.
  • You will receive a confirmation email upon each successful charge.

Failed payments may result in subscription suspension until resolved. Customers will be notified via email of any payment issues.

4. Delivery

  • We currently ship to the UK and select international destinations.
  • Shipping is included unless otherwise stated.
  • Delivery timeframes are approximate and may be affected by carrier delays or public holidays.
  • Responsibility for international customs duties, taxes, or delays rests with the customer.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer dashboard.
  • To avoid the next charge, cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date.
  • If cancellation occurs after payment is processed, the shipment will proceed, and the subscription will end afterward.

6. Pausing or Modifying Your Subscription

You may pause, skip a shipment, or change your subscription (e.g., product type, frequency, delivery address) through your account dashboard. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing cycle to take effect.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on subscription orders. However, if your order is incorrect or damaged:

  • Notify us within 7 days of receipt at: support@procaffeinate.co.uk
  • We may offer a replacement or credit at our discretion.

We stand behind the quality of our beans and aim for 100% satisfaction.

8. Subscription Renewal

Your subscription auto-renews unless cancelled by you. We may notify you of upcoming renewals, price changes, or product updates via email. You can opt out of promotional messages separately.

9. Compliance & Data Protection

Procaffeinate fully complies with the UK GDPR and the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Your data is processed securely and used only for providing and improving our services. For more, refer to our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

The name Procaffeinate is a registered UK trademark (No. UK00004079906). Use of our brand name, logo, or materials without consent is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays, damages, or losses due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure). Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by the customer within the last 3 months.
